In doing this we are able to build a solid foundation to begin our journey rooted in awareness and self love that is connected to your goals.

During our weekly sessions I dedicate myself to providing a nurturing container that moves you forward with clarity and purpose within a life you feel most aligned with.

Each package is structured for one season (3 months) with a weekly 90-minute session in person or virtually. Included in your weekly session is unlimited email and text to help you stay supported and on track. I also provide exercises, meditations and additional resources to help you get the absolute most out of each session.
